ATD 10EXT BUSY
Functional description
The function is used to register the specific extension subscriber in 10EXT Busy Field of attendant to verify using status of the registered subscriber in real time.
Operating procedure

Registration of the extension subscriber in 10EXT Busy lamp field

1 The operator presses the “FUNC”(Function) key.
2 The “FUNC”(Function) LED turns on.
3 Dial Index Number(0~9).
4 The registered extension number is displayed when the extension is registered in the 10EXT Busy Lamp Field. If there is no registered extension, “NO:######” is displayed on the LCD of attendant.
5 Enter the extension number to be registered.
6 The operator enters the “ENT”(Register) key.
7 Attendant is in idle state if the input operation is completed normally. If an error occurs, Error Message is displayed on the LCD of attendant.

Deletion of the extension subscriber registered in 10EXT Busy lamp field

1 The operator presses the “FUNC”(Function) key.
2 The “FUNC”(Function) LED turns on.
3 Dial Index Number(0~9).
4 It the extension is registered in the 10EXT Busy Lamp Field the registered extension number is displayed, and if not, “NO:######” is displayed on the LCD of attendant.
5 When pressing “FORC RLS”(Forced Release) key after the registered extension is displayed, the displayed extension will be deleted in 10EXT Busy Field
6 If the deletion is completed normally, the attendant is in idle state.

Deletion of all the extension subscriber registered in 10EXT Busy lamp field

1 The operator presses the “FUNC”(Function) key.
2 The “FUNC”(Function) LED turns on.

Dial the ‘delete all’ (“*”) code.

The following message is displayed on the LCD.

" Are you sure ?"
Press '1' to delete, press '0' to continue.

Service conditions If this feature is not registered, ATD 10 EXT BUSY lamp is operated normal service.
