Trunk Release Guard Time

Functional description
In time of station recovery, this function prevents the counterpart subscriber from occupying the concerned line when it detects the recovery signal and carries out the recovery procedure. This function is designed to remove problems that can occur when the new call is generated to the concerned trunk while the counterpart does not detect the recovery signal.
