Transit ServiceFunctional description
Under the following circumstances, the function enables the incoming call to be sent again to another trunk so that the call can be made while the extension subscriber is not included.
- When the trunk occupancy code is directly dialed from the DDI trunk.
- When the DIL incoming is assigned to the external telephone number and the concerned line received a call.
- When the extension subscriber who registered the external call forwarding is called from the trunk.
- When the extension subscriber who is on the line with the external subscriber transfers a call to another external subscriber.
- When the extension subscriber is released from the conference call and the call is made between two external subscribers finally.
- When the system PNA subscriber is assigned with the external telephone number and received assigned service.
- When the MSN/Sub Address incoming assignment is assigned with the external telephone number and the concerned line receives a call.
Operating procedure
- Extension and recovery procedure of a call when both trunks that are connected are not equipped with the recovery signal.
Two trunks are busy. When three times of the assigned call time elapse that is permitted, one of the both external subscribers will hear a warning sound. When the concerned external subscriber dials “*” while listening to the warning sound, the call will be maintained as long as designated period of time. One of the both external subscribers will hear a warning sound again during the designated period of time (Step 3 and 4 are repeated.) 5 The concerned call will be automatically released if the external subscriber does not dial the “*” within the designated period of time.
Service conditions
- Connection between trunks should be in an allowed state.
- Allow/deny outgoing digit for each class of the incoming trunk will apply. (See class of service section).
[Excluding case] It is excluded since allow/deny outgoing digit is applied according to class of the extension subscriber when registering the external call forwarding.- If both trunks are not equipped with the recovery signal, forced recovery function will be applied according to the designated time period.
