Timed Reminder (Wake-Up)

Functional description

This function informs the time to the subscriber automatically when it arrives by sending the ring signal, if the general subscriber sets the specific time using his/her own terminal.

Operating procedure

  • The general subscriber lifts up the handset and hears the dial tone.
  • Dials a wake-up bell registration code (Default:*3).
  • Dials the time number (two digits).
  • Dials the minute number (two digits).

    5 Dials the wake up type (one digit: 0 = today, 1 = tomorrow, 2 = everyday).

    6 The general subscriber hears the Service Set Tone.

  • The general subscriber lifts up the handset and hears the dial tone.
  • Dials a wake-up cancellation code (Default:#3).
  • The general subscriber hears the Service Set Tone.

  • When a wake-up bell registration code (Default:*3) is dialed, the current registration information will be displayed.

    ENTER YOUR WAKE UP TIME

    2 Dials the time number (two digits).

  • Dials the minute number (two digits).
  • Dials the wake up type (one digit: 0 = today, 1 = tomorrow, 2 = everyday).

    5 Press the “HOLD/SAVE” button.

    6 The general subscriber hears the Service Set Tone.

  • The general subscriber lifts up the handset and hears the dial tone.
  • Dials a wake-up cancellation code (Default: #).

    3 The general subscriber hears the Service Set Tone. At this time, erase status will be displayed as follows.

    ERASED WAKE UP TIME

    HH:MM ç Time:Minute when registration is erased.

  • Press the “WAKE UP” button.
  • Dials the extension number to retrieve wake-up bell registration information.
  • Wake-up bell registration information will be displayed on the LCD screen.

  • Individual registration

    1) Press the “WAKE UP” button.

    2) Dials the extension number to retrieve wake-up bell registration information.

    3) Dials the time number (two digits).

    4) Dials the minute number (two digits).

    5) Dials the wake up type.

    6) Press the “ENT”(Registration) button.

    2 Batch registration

    1) Press the “WAKE UP” button.

    2) Dials the first extension number to retrieve wake-up bell registration information.

    3) Dials the time number (two digits).

    4) Dials the minute number (two digits).

    5) Dials the wake up type.

    6) Dials the “*” key.

    7) The last extension number to register the wake-up.

  • Press the “WAKE UP” button.
  • Dials the first extension number to retrieve wake-up bell registration information.
  • Press the “FORC RLS”(Forced Release) BTN.

    Service conditions

    • Even though the type of wake-up bell is selected as “tomorrow”, it will be registered as “today” if the registered time is less than or equal to the current time.
    • The subscriber can set the time interval of wake-up bell ringing. (When the bell will ring again.)
    • Device can be selected that will be used to report the registration or cancellation statue when it normally carried out using the general telephone/D-Tel.
    • The wake-up bell rings as many times as predetermined times until it is answered.
    • Times of wake-up bell ringing can be set.
    • When the subscriber answers to the wake-up bell call, wake-up registration information will be automatically cleared.
    • When registration or cancellation using the ATD is normally carried out, its result will be reported to the PMS.

    Data generation

    • Defining a device that will report the result when the wake-up call is not answered. (0 = No Service/1 = ATD)
    • Defining a device that will report the result when the receiver of a wake-up call is busy. (0 = No Service/1 = ATD)

    • Defining a device that will report the result when wake-up bell registration or cancellation is normally carried out. (0 = No Service/1 = ATD)

    • Maximum number of times to make a wake-up call to the terminal that registered the wake-up bell.

    • Time interval (unit: minute) that the wake-up ring is generated again after sending a wake-up call for the first time.
