System Speed Dial

Functional description
This function enables the subscriber to make a call to the counterpart subscriber by dialing the speed dial code only. The subscriber can save up to 2,000 speed dials and divide the user group into up to 24 groups. Each speed dial can be assigned with the applicable class of the extension subscriber. The name of the external subscriber can to registered also.
Operating procedure
System Speed Dial Use 1.

Pick up the receiver (off-hook).
Dial the system speed dial number.
The call is establish if the opposite party (external subscriber) answers.

Using after check System Speed Dial. (available only for D-Tel)

Press “PROGRAM” button.
Press “MEMORY” button.
Dial the system speed dial number.
The phone number and name of the external subscriber in accordance with the dialed system speed dial number is displayed.

5 Search the desired subscriber information using UP(),DOWN() button

6 Press “HOLD/SAVE” button, if the desired subscriber is displayed.

7 The ringing signal is sent to the opposite party and the subscriber hears the Ring Back Tone.

8 The call is establish if the opposite party answers.

Service conditions
Speed dial code can use up to four digits and can have up to two digit numbering plan (e.g., 5XXX, 6XXX)

Speed dial code can be allowed or denied according to each user group.

When making a call to the external subscriber using the speed dial code, this function will be excluded from outgoing limit function of the trunk line since usage limit by the class for each speed dial code is applied.

Additional digit dial option can be assigned to each speed dial code.

The external telephone number that is assigned to each speed dial code can contain the Trunk Outgoing Pause Digit.

When the CLI is received in time of IDSN trunk call incoming, the name of the concerned speed dial code will be displayed on the D-Tel or the LCD of the attendant instead of the line number of the incoming trunk, if it matches with the external number of the speed dial code.
