System Predetermined Night Answer (System PNA)

Functional description
This function enables the system to terminate a call to a predetermined subscriber in the following cases.

When the System Predetermined Night Answer is selected as incoming assignment in case of abnormal trunk incoming occurrence.
When the night subscriber of the attendant is not assigned when the attendant is called in the night mode.
When the DIL incoming is not assigned, or the System Predetermined Night Answer is selected as the applicable incoming type for each system mode in time of DDI Divert service use.

Operating procedure
Service conditions

Assignment of the System Predetermined Night Answer can be separated and operated by each tenant.

Assignment of the System Predetermined Night Answer can be selected from the specific extension number, paging group or external subscriber.

When assigning the System Predetermined Night Answer with the representative number of the paging group, the related paging group should be assigned as follows.

Rep. No: Should be included in extension numbering plan.
Service Type: Normal
Ring Service Type: Selectable from FIRST, UCD, MULTI and LONG IDLE.
Rep. Name: The name of the incoming subscriber that will be displayed on the LCD instead of the concerned trunk line number when he/she is the D-Tel or ATD.

5 Other items are irrelevant

If the telephone number of the external subscriber is assigned as an incoming, connection between the incoming route and outgoing route should be allowed.
