Functional description
The function allows the extension subscribers to temporarily save numbers dialed and reuse them.
Operating procedure
Number saving in the general phone

A subscriber presses the “Hook-Flash” button while being connected to a station or a trunk.
Dial the registration code (Default:#9).
The subscriber’s call status holds.

Number saving in D-Tel

A subscriber presses the “MEMORY” button while being connected to a station or a trunk.

2 If pressing the “MEMORY” button, the number of subscriber in busy status is saved and the following message is displayed on the LCD screen.

REDIAL IS REGISTERED

3 The subscriber’s call status holds.

Redial of saved number in the general phone

A extension subscriber hooks off the handset.
Dial the saved number redial code (Default:#9).
A extension subscriber’s or external subscriber’s number that the calling subscriber saved is redialed.
The called subscriber answers it.

5 A call is established.

Redial of saved number in D-Tel

If pressing the “MEMORY” button, the following message is displayed on the LCD screen.

STATION XXXX

MEMORY 09:00 am

2 Dial the “#” button.
A extension subscriber’s or external subscriber’s number that the calling subscriber saved is redialed.
The called subscriber answers it.

5 A call is established.

Service conditions
The phone number of a extension subscriber or external subscriber who is verified to be in busy state by the calling of the calling subscriber can be saved.

If the digit saved is not the station/extension/dedicated line calling, the call is processed as errors.

The digit can be saved up to 20 numbers except for the extension/dedicated line.

If the subscriber saves a number when another number is already saved previously, the previous number is deleted. Also, once a number is saved, it is valid until another number is saved.

A subscriber can store only one number.

Data generation
Interactions

This function uses the same memory as the dial memo. Therefore, if this function is designated, the number saved by the dial memo is automatically deleted.
