Recall Button in D-Tel
Functional description
The function provides the following services by using the recall button of D-Tel.

Type 1. The same line re-occupation after the recovery of existing call during an ACO station call

Type 2. Transmission of the hook flash signal to the target station during an ACO station call

Type 3. Call re-attempt after the existing call recovery of E&M, LD, RD, DTC-CAS, ISDN, QSIG, VOIP station calls
Operating procedure
Type 1

A call between the D-Tel subscriber and the external subscriber is established through ACO.
The D-Tel subscriber presses the recall button. – At this time, the existing call is recovered and reoccupies the same line. Therefore, the D-Tel subscriber hears the station dial tone from the PX party.
The D-Tel subscriber dials the external subscriber’s number excluding the station access code.
The called subscriber answers it and a call is established.

Type 2

A call between the D-Tel subscriber and the extension subscriber of target PBX connected through ACO is established.
The D-Tel subscriber presses the recall button. – At this time, the hook flash signal is transmitted to the target PBX party without recovering the existing call. Therefore, the subscriber hears the station dial tone from the PBX party.
The D-Tel subscriber dials the station number of target PBX.
The called subscriber answers it and a call is established.

Type 3

A call between the D-Tel subscriber and the external subscriber is established through E&M, LD, RD, DTC-CAS, ISDN, QSIG, and VOIP.
The D-Tel subscriber presses the recall button. – At this time, the existing call is recovered and the D-Tel subscriber hears the station dial tone.
The D-Tel subscriber dials the external subscriber’s number including station number or station access code.
The called subscriber answers it and a call is established.

Service conditions
The related service can be provided through the model where the D-Tel recall button exists.

To use the ACO trunk with Type 2, the related trunk line should be designated as Tie line.
