Operating procedure
Calling from the secretary of the manager to the manager

A secretary hooks off the handset.
Dial the manager’s number.
If the manager is in idle state, the secretary and manager hear the calling tone and calling signal, respectively. If the manager answers the calling signal, a call is established.
If the manager is not in idle state, the secretary subscriber hears the busy tone.

Calling from one manager to other manager

The manager subscriber hooks off the handset.

2 If the option("Use class in Man to Man Call) of destination manager is "NO", the calling is performed. If the option of destination manager is "YES", the calling is performed only in case that the calling manager class is higher than or equal to the destination manger class, and otherwise, the calling manager hears busy tone.

Calling from the extension subscriber to the manager

A extension subscriber hooks off the handset.
Call the manager.
If all calls to the manager are designated so that they are forwarded to the secretary, call the secretary. Otherwise, call the manager.
The manager or secretary answers the calling.

5 A call is established.

Service conditions
The manager and secretary can be assigned up to 50, respectively in the system.

A manager can assign up to 10 secretary subscribers for use.

A secretary can assign up to 10 manager subscribers for use.

The assignment of manager/secretary and the option designation are required.

If both manager and secretary subscribers are unavailable, it is not possible to originate a call, using the function, and the calling subscriber hears the busy tone.

If a extension subscriber calls the manager, it can be designated whether forwarding it to the secretary or directly calling the manager.

If an extension subscriber calls the manager, it can be designated whether forwarding it to the secretary or directly calling the manager.

The cases that the secretary calls another manager/a subscriber who is not a secretary calls the manager/a subscriber who is not a manager calls the manager are processed equally with the case that a extension subscriber calls the manager.

If all secretaries designate the DND function when a subscriber calls the secretary, it can be designated whether sending the CGT or calling the manager.

If a subscriber calls the secretary who registers the call forwarding function, it can be designated whether forwarding the call or calling the secretary.

The calling status can be restricted according to the class for inter-manager calling.

If the data is produced so that a manager calls other manager according to class, the low class manager cannot call the high class manager but can call the lower class manager than himself/herself.
