Inter Position TransferFunctional description
The function allows an operator to transfer the subscriber on the other end of the line to another operator during a call.
Operating procedure
- Transfer from attendant to attendant
If an operator tries to transfer the extension subscriber on the other end to another subscriber during a call, the operator presses the “Inter Position Transfer” key and enters the serial number of the attendant to transfer the call to. The operator is released, the extension subscriber hears the hold tone, and the “Inter Position Transfer” LED of the called attendant flashes. The called operator answers the call. Then, a call between the held extension subscriber and the called operator is established. Service conditions
- Attendant serial numbers should be defined when the system is produced.
- If the called attendant is turned off, the subscriber who performed a transfer hears the hang-up tone.
- Although the called subscriber is in the night service mode, the transfer between attendants is possible.
- The individual attendant signal may be dialed instead of the “Inter Position Transfer” key and entering the attendant serial number.
Data generation
- The ATD serial number is automatically assigned in order when the attendant is produced.
