Individual Speed Dial

Functional description
The function allows extension subscribers to call the frequently called external subscribers by registering individual speed dials and using them.
Operating procedure
Registration of individual speed dial in general phone/D-Tel

A extension subscriber hooks off the handset and dials the individual speed dial registration code (Default:*#).
Dial a shortcut code between 0 and 9.
Dial the trunk seizure code and the external subscriber’s number.
Hook on the handset.

Usage of individual speed dial in general phone/D-Tel

A extension subscriber hooks off the handset and dials the individual speed dial usage code (Default:#6).
Dial a shortcut code between 0 and 9.
The external subscriber is called and answers the call, and the call between the two is established.

Registration of individual speed dial in D-Tel

Press the “PROGRAM” button.
Press the “MOMORY” button.
Dial a shortcut code between 0 and 9. At this time, if the information already registered exists, display it on the LCD screen.

4 Dial the trunk seizure code and the external subscriber’s number.

5 Press the “HOLD/SAVE” button.

6 Hear the service set tone as the signal indicating that the registration is completed. At this time, display that the registration is completed as shown below.

Verification/usage of individual speed dial in D-Tel

Press the “PROGRAM” button.
Press the “MEMORY” button.
Dial a shortcut code between 00 and 09. At this time, if the information already registered exists, display it on the LCD screen.
Press the “Volume Up/Down button” to search the desired information.

5 If the subscriber number desired to be called is found, press the “Hold/Input button”.

6 The external subscriber is called and answers the call, and the call between the two is established.

Service conditions
The maximum 128 subscribers can the individual speed dial in the system.

Each subscriber can use up to 10 individual speed dials.

Only the subscriber to whom the individual speed dial function is allowed can use the function.

The station number cannot be registered to the speed dial. Only the external subscriber number can be registered.

Even though the data is already stored, the existing information is deleted when the shortcut code (0~9 or 00~09) is entered.

The function is available only to those subscribers who can call a trunk.

Numbers to be registered as the individual speed dial should not exceed 22 digits and cannot be the same as trunk calling numbers.

The functions such as the long-distance call restriction and the call duration restriction also apply to calls requested by speed dial codes which correspond to numbers whose trunk number including the DDD code is registered.
