Forced Release

Functional description
This function enable to select a specific extension/trunk line and to perform forced release for it at the attendant.
Operating procedure
Forced release of the extension line at the attendant

Dials the extension number at the attendant.
The status of the selected extension line will be displayed.
If the selected extension line is not idle, press the “FORC RLS” (Forced Release) key.
The extension line and the attendant will be released.

Forced release of the trunk line at the attendant

Press the “TRK SEL” (Trunk Selection) key at the attendant.
Dials the serial number of the attendant (4 digits).
The status of the selected trunk line will be displayed.
If the selected trunk line is not idle, press the “FORC RLS” (Forced Release) key.

5 The trunk line and the attendant will be released.

Service conditions
If the selected trunk line is in the idle state, the attendant will occupy the trunk line.
