Direct In Line (DIL): Direct In Line of the Trunk Call

Functional description
When an incoming call is generated at the specific trunk, this function enables it to be connected directly to the designated extension subscriber without assistance of the operator.
Operating procedure
Service conditions

The local board that can be used as the individual incoming trunk access includes APTC, ALTC-RD, ALTC-LD, ALTC-EM, DNIC-DTC, DNIC-PRI, BRIT, and ITGC.

In case of APTC and ALTC-RD, incoming type for each system incoming mode will be applied if the individual incoming is not designated.

In case of ALTC-LD, ALTC-EM, DNIC-DTC, DNIC-PRI, BRIT or ITGC, individual incoming service will be provided prior to DDI, if the Direct In Line is assigned to the concerned trunk.

Assignment of the DIL can be separated and operated for each trunk.

Assignment of the DIL can be separated and operated by night and daytime.

Assignment of the DIL can be selectively operated among the specific extension number, paging group or external subscriber number.

To assign the DIL as the representative number of the paging group, the related paging group should be designated as shown bellow.

Rep. No: Should be included in the extension numbering plan.

Service Type: Normal.

Ring Service Type: Selectable from FIRST, UCD, MULTI or LONG IDLE.

Rep. Name: The name that will be displayed on the LCD instead of the concerned trunk number, if the incoming subscriber is not the D-Tel or ATD.

Other items are irrelevant.

If the DIL assignment is the external subscriber number, connection between incoming route and outgoing route should be allowed.
