Dial Memo

Functional description
The function enables the user to register the telephone number of another subscriber on the D-Tel while talking on the phone with one external subscriber.
Operating procedure
To register the dial memo on the D-Tel

D-Tel subscriber is talking on the phone with one external subscriber.
Press the “MEMORY” button.
Press the “PROGRAM” button.
Dial the trunk access code.

5 Dial the telephone number of another external subscriber.

6 Press "HOLD/ENT" button.

7 The above procedure is completed, the following message is displayed on the LCD.

** COMPLETED **

REDIAL IS REGISTERED

8 Keep talking with the subscriber.

To use the dial memo registered on the D-Tel

Press the “MEMORY” button.
The following message is displayed on the LCD.

STATION XXXX

MEMORY 09:00 am

3 Dial “#”.
The registered phone number is automatically dialed.

5 The ring back tone is heard and the called party hears the ring.

6 When the called external subscriber answers the phone, conversation can be made.

Service conditions
The function can be used only in the D-Tel.

The extension number can not be registered.

Interactions
The same memory is used for both Saved Number Redial and Dial Memo. Therefore, if the function is registered, the telephone numbers saved by the Saved Number Redial are automatically deleted.
