DECT-Call Transfer

Functional description
The function allows a DECT subscriber to transfer the conversation subscriber to another extension subscriber.
Operating procedure
Call transfer by the screened mode of the DECT subscriber.

The DECT subscriber is making a call with other extension or external subscriber.
The DECT subscriber presses the (R) button during a call. At this time, the subscriber on the other end of the line and the DECT subscriber hear the hold tone and dial tone, respectively.
The DECT subscriber dials the extension number to which the subscriber in busy state is to be transferred. At this time, the digits that the DECT subscriber dials are displayed on the LCD screen of the DECT terminal.

4 After the extension number is dialed, the calling tone is heard from the DECT terminal, the extension to be transferred rings, and the following message is displayed on the LCD screen of the DECT terminal.

STA XXXX

XXXX : Called Extension Number

5 If the extension subscriber who rings answers the call, a call is established and the following message is displayed on the LCD screen of the DECT terminal.

CONNECT TO

STA XXXX

6 If the DECT subscriber presses the TALK() button for release, a call between the subscriber in currently busy status and the subscriber held is established.

Call transfer by the unscreened mode of the DECT subscriber.

4 After the extension number is dialed, the calling tone is heard from the DECT terminal, the extension to be transferred rings, and the following message is displayed on the LCD screen of the DECT terminal.

5 If the DECT subscriber presses the TALK() button for release, the subscriber held hears the calling tone and the ringing extension subscriber continuously rings.

6 If the subscriber who hears the calling ring answers the call, the DECT subscriber is released and a call between the subscriber receiving the calling tone and the subscriber receiving the calling ring is established.

Interactions
If calling the wrong number or the subscriber in busy status, the DECT subscriber hears the lockout tone. In this status, if pressing the (R) button, the call transfer is cancelled and a call is resumed with the previous subscriber.

When transferring the subscriber who is making a call with the DECT subscriber, if pressing the (R) button while the DECT subscriber hears the calling tone, the call transfer is cancelled and a call is resumed with the previous subscriber.

If pressing INTERCOM() button during calling the subscriber to be transferred (status that the DECT subscriber hears the calling tone and the called subscriber rings), a call between the DECT subscriber and the subscriber held is established.
