Collect Call

Functional description
When the call terminated to attendant from trunk requests charging to receiver, this function registers the related information.
Operating procedure
Registration of receiver charging information from attendant.

Attendant is in line with external trunk.
Enter the extension subscriber number.
Press “CHRG” key.
Trunk subscriber becomes held and hears holding tone, attendant subscriber hears ringing tone, and extension subscriber hears ring current.

5 If extension subscriber answers, attendant asks whether to receive the collect call, and if extension subscriber wants to receive, presses “CHRG” key.

6 Enter the information of the collect call.

7 Enter the number of external subscriber.

8 Enter “ENT" key.

9 Attendant is released with its LCD cleared, and call is made between the trunk subscriber and the extension subscriber.

In case the extension subscriber refuses to receive the collect call.

Press “CHRG” key.
Trunk subscriber becomes held and hears holding tone, attendant subscriber hears ringing tone, and extension subscriber hears ring current.

5 If extension subscriber answers, attendant asks whether to receive the collect call, and if extension subscriber wants to receive, presses “CHRG” key.

6 Extension subscriber refuses Collect Call.

7 Press “CLR” key to make call with the trunk subscriber.

In case of mistype, operator can press “CLR” key and start entering from beginning.

11.1 Charge/Printer Option : Designate the device for charging and charging result display/print.

3.1 Extension Information – Extension Characteristic – 38 Charge Send to ATD : Determines whether to transfer the charging result or each subscriber to attendant.
