Call Transfer
Functional description
This function allows public subscribers or attendant subscribers to transfer calls with another extension or trunk to other extension subscriber.
Operating procedure
Unscreened Transfer on extension.

Subscriber (A) is on line with other subscriber (B).
Subscriber (A) presses “Hook Flash” or “TRANS”(Transfer) button.
Subscriber (B) is held and hears holding tone.
Dial the telephone number of extension subscriber (C).

5 Ringing tone is transmitted to subscriber (A), and ringing signal is transmitted to subscriber (C).

6 Subscriber (A) hangs up the handset.

7 Subscriber (B) hears ringing tone, and ring signal is transmitted to subscriber (C).

8 Subscriber (C) replies.

9 Call is made between subscribers (B) and (C).

Screened Transfer on extension line.

Subscriber (A) is on line with other subscriber (B).
Subscriber (A) presses “Hook Flash” or “TRANS”(Transfer) button.
Subscriber (B) is held and hears holding tone.
Dial the telephone number of extension subscriber (C).

5 Ringing tone is transmitted to subscriber (A), and ringing signal is transmitted to subscriber (C).

6 Subscriber (C) replies.

7 Call is made between subscribers (B) and (C).

8 Subscriber (A) hangs up the handset.

9 Call is made between subscribers (B) and (C).

Unscreened Transfer on attendant.

Operator dials the telephone number of an extension subscriber while on call with trunk subscriber.
Status of extension subscriber is displayed on attendant LCD.
In case the extension subscriber is IDLE, operator presses

“CONNECT” (Connection) key.
Attendant is released with its LCD cleared, the trunk subscriber hears ringing tone, and ringing signal is transmitted to the extension subscriber.

5 Extension subscriber replies.

6 Call is made between the trunk subscriber and the extension subscriber.

Service conditions
When attendant subscriber presses “CONNECT”(Connection) key when an extension subscriber is on line, the status of call with trunk subscriber is maintained and Error is displayed on LCD.

Interaction
If subscriber (A) dials incorrect telephone number or calls a subscriber on line, lockout tone is heard. Pressing “Hoof Flash” or “TRANS”(Transfer) button in this stage resumes the call with the subscriber (A).

If subscriber (A) dials incorrect telephone number or calls a subscriber on line, lockout tone is heard. If the handset is hung up at this stage, ringing is made on subscriber (B) to subscriber (A), and call is made if (A) replies.

If (C) made no reply when (A) transfers (B) to (C) in Unscreened Transfer, (B) is terminated to (A) again.

Subscriber can transfer the other subscriber to operator.
