Call Forward – All Calls

Functional description

The function allows extension subscribers to have their incoming calls forwarded to another extension subscriber or external subscriber who are designated by them.

Operating procedure

  • An extension subscriber hooks off the handset.
  • The subscriber dials the call forward - all calls code (Default:*521).
  • The subscriber enters the extension subscriber’s number to be forwarded.
  • If the dialed number is valid and the registration is successfully completed, the subscriber hears the special dial tone.

  • An extension subscriber hooks off the handset.
  • The subscriber dials the call forward - all calls code (Default:*521).
  • The subscriber dials the trunk access code.
  • The subscriber enters an external number.

    5 The subscriber hooks on the handset after entering the number.

  • A D-Tel subscriber presses the “SPEAKER” button.
  • The subscriber presses the “DND/CFWD” button. In this case, the following message is displayed on the LCD.

    ENTER CALL FORWARD TYPE

    3 The subscriber enters “1”. In this case, the following message is displayed on the LCD.

    ENTER A DIAL DIGIT

    4 The subscriber dials an extension number.

    5 If the extension number is valid and the registration is successfully completed, the subscriber hears the service set tone, the “DND/CFWD” LED turns on and flashes, and the following message is displayed on the LCD.

  • A D-Tel subscriber hooks off the handset or presses the “SPEAKER” button.
  • The subscriber presses the “DND/CFWD” button. In this case, the following message is displayed on the LCD.

    ENTER CALL FORWARD TYPE

    3 The subscriber enters “1”. In this case, the following message is displayed on the LCD.

    ENTER A DIAL DIGIT

    4 The subscriber dials the trunk access code. If the station access code is incorrect, the warning tone is sent. In this case, the D-Tel subscriber should do it over again hooking on the handset.

    5 The subscriber dials an external subscriber’s number.

    6 After entering the external subscriber’s number to be forwarded and pressing the “HOLD/SAVE” button, the subscriber hears the service set tone, and the ”DND/CFWD” LED turns on and flashes.

    7 Once the subscriber hooks on the handset or presses the “SPEAKER” button, the following registration information is displayed on the LCD.

    Service conditions

    • It is possible to determine whether to use call forward.
    • An extension subscriber should not have two or more call forwards registered at once.
    • If a subscriber requests another call forward while the call forward is already registered, the contents of the previously registered call forward are automatically modified.
    • If a call forward subscriber hooks off the handset, the special dial tone(Call Forward alert tone) hears following the dial tone sounds.
    • For call forward to external number, station access code is not displayed and the maximum of 12 digits is only displayed.
    • It is not allowed to forward incoming calls to the representative attendant.
    • It is not allowed to forward incoming calls to hot line subscribers.
    • It is not allowed to forward incoming calls to the self-telephone.
    • “Class E” or lower subscribers should not access call forward - all calls to external number.
    • It is not possible to access call forward while DND is active.

    Interactions

    • It is not possible to have call forward registered using buttons while absence message is active. In this case, call forward can be registered by codes and the previously recorded absence message is deleted.
    • The operator can cancel the registered call forward forcibly if necessary.
    • If a subscriber registers absence message on a D-Tel while call forward is active, call forward is canceled.
    • If DND is active, subscribers should cancel the function before registering call forward.

    The call forward from external number is accompanied by toll check.
