Attendant OverflowFunctional description
If the number of incoming calls to attendants abruptly increases and consequently there are too many calls waiting over a certain number, the calls are forwarded to specific internal subscribers designated by the function.
Operating procedure
1 Judging that there are too many incoming calls waiting at a attendant, the operator presses the “OVF”(Attendant Overflow) key.

2 Then, the “OVF”(Attendant Overflow) LED of the attendant turns on.
3 Incoming calls over a certain number are forwarded to the attendant.
4 All incoming calls received by the attendant are transferred to the attendant overflow internal subscribers designated.
5 The operator presses the “OVF”(Attendant Overflow) key.
6 Then, attendant overflow is canceled and all incoming calls received after then are forwarded to the attendant. Service conditions
Data generation
- If all attendant overflow subscribers are engaged, the calling subscriber hears the busy tone.
- It may determined as requested by customers how many calls waiting there should be to transfer excessive calls to attendant overflow subscribers while the function is active.
