Attendant Night TransferFunctional description
The function allows operators to transfer incoming calls, which are received in the night transfer mode to their attendant to attendant night transfer subscribers.
Operating procedure
1 An operator presses the “NIGHT”(Night Mode) key attached to the side of the attendant in the day mode.

2 Then, the “Night”(Night Mode) LED of the attendant turns on.
3 An incoming call to the attendant is originated.
4 All incoming calls to the individual number of each attendant in the night transfer mode are automatically transferred to attendant night transfer subscribers.
5 The operator enters the attendant representative number or attendant calling code and, if there is any attendant operating in the day mode in the tenant, calls a attendant in the day mode. If all attendants in the tenant operate in the night transfer mode, incoming calls are automatically forwarded to attendant night transfer subscribers although the attendant representative number or attendant calling code is entered.
6 An operator presses the “NIGHT”(Night Mode) key attached to the side of the attendant in the night transfer mode.
7 Then, the “Night” LED of the attendant turns off. Service conditions
Data generation
- Operators should personally process calls which remain unprocessed in spite of the fact that they press the “NIGHT”(Night Mode) key while there are incoming calls remaining at attendants at their attendant and all incoming calls originated after then are automatically transferred to attendant night transfer subscribers.
- If all attendant night transfer subscribers are engaged, the operator hears the busy tone
- Just one attendant night transfer subscriber may be designated to a attendant or tenant. In this case, the subscriber’s number includes the calling group representative number.

[6.4 Calling Group] Interactions If there is no attendant night transfer subscribers in the night transfer mode, incoming calls are forwarded to system PNA subscribers. If there is no system PNA subscriber either, it processed as busy.
